The first live period is in the books. Here is how the Colorado club teams did at there respective events.
Billups 17- 15 teams participated in the Windy City Classic in Chicago
17’s Elite went 2-3
16’s Elite finished undefeated with a 5-0 record
15’s Elite completed the tourney with 3-1 record.
CHAOS went to the Mullens High Profile event in St. Louis.
Chaos 17 Elite finished the tournament 3-2 and in 13th place
Chaos 2015 collected a 2-3 record
Chaos 16 Elite – 3-2 and a 11th place finish
Over 30 schools have contacted CHAOS since the end of the tournament about various players. CHAOS will play this weekend at the GASO in Duncanville, TX.
Colorado Connect traveled to Chicago for the Chicago Summer Jam.
Connect Elite 17’s finished pool play 2-1 but then lost in the 1st rd of bracket play.
Connect 17 Blue went 1-2 in pool play then won there consolation game to finish 2-2.
Connect 17 Elite players Jalen Davis, Chuck Gavin, and Josh McNair will be playing with Panhandle Elite at GASO this weekend.
Colorado Hawks 17’s were split between two camps Adidas Unrivaled and Hoopgroup.
Conway a Wyoming commit and the four star Davis had solid camps and made All Star teams
Conway along with fellow Coloradan Riley Welch were the camp leaders in assists.
16’s Alpha Diallo attend the camp as well.
Tyler Garcia and Mitch Lombard played at the Hoopgroup camp and did well from reports. Garcia made the All Star game.
Hawks will play at the Battle at the Beach in California this weekend.
Colorado Miners 17’s and 16’s competed in different states as the 17’s were in Indiana while the 16’s compete in two events in California.
The 17’s finished the Adidas Invitational 3-1
The 16’s competed at the WCE Camp and 4 of them earned all-star game honors. Danny Garrick, Riley Matticks, Jared Small, Monroe Porter.
Pulling double duty may have been a little too much for the 16’s as they played up in the 17’s division at the Double Pump tournament and went 0-4. Miners at times did not have their full squad at Double Pump.
Miners will be at the GASO this weekend.
The Titians 17’s and 16’s traveled to Milwaukee to take part in the NY2LA Event.
The 17’s finished the tournament with 1-3 record.
The Titans sent two 16’s team black and gold to NY2LA. 16’s Gold advanced to the quarterfinals of the Platinum bracket and the 16’s Black advanced to the quarterfinals of the Gold Bracket.
Titans will be at the Best of Summer Event in California.
Next Level participated in the Double Pump Event with both 17’s and 16’s teams .
The 17’s finished with a 3-2 record and danced to the sw16 of the gold bracket.
The 16’s finished 5-2 and advanced to the semi finals of the only 16’s bracket.
Next Level is in Vegas this week.
The Force traveled was to the Adidas Invitational in Indiana.
The 17 finished 1-3 while the 16’s advanced to the semi finals of the silver bracket.
Tru Playaz 17’s were another Colorado team at the Adidas Invitational. Tru Playas advanced to the finals of the 17’s silver bracket.
