Basketball Colorado 4A Top10 – Week of February 5th

2/5/17

It seems like more news was made off the court than on the court this week in 4A. However, on the court, Valor sent a clear message to the rest of 4A that the road to the Coliseum will go through them.   Meanwhile, Silver Creek and Vista Peak remain in contention for the Top10.

1. Pueblo West 18-1, 6-0

The Cyclones keep churning along to the playoffs. Centennial and South lie in the path of the Cyclones this week.

2. Valor Christian 15-4, 9-1

Valor took on two of Top1o teams and looked in playoff form taking both out with ease. The Eagles play Wheat Ridge and Evergreen this week.

3. Holy Family 15-4, 10-0

The Tigers make a jump in the standing this week. Holy Family has been very consistent this season always rising to the challenge. This week Windsor and Erie look to declaw the Tigers.

The Stallions are running away with the Springs Metro 4A title. This week Sierra plays Canon City and rival Harrison.

5. Sand Creek 14-5, 7-3

The Jaguars were solidly defeated by Valor on Saturday night and look to bounce back this week against Standley Lake and Littleton.
