Basketball Colorado 4A Top10 Week of December 10
There are two top five match ups this week in the 4A Top10 with #4 Pueblo South taking on #5 Falcon and #1 Lewis-Palmer. The rest of the Top10 will have at least one challenging game this week.
#1 Lewis-Palmer (4-0)
The Rangers take on Vista Peak and then #4 Pueblo South in a rematch of last years state semi-finals.
#2 Golden (5-1)
The Demons went 3-0 last week including a thriller against Longmont. This week Golden travels to Alaska.
#3 Pueblo West(2-1)
The Cyclones will take their fast paced game to Lincoln and Palmer this week after losing to Cheyenne Mountain last week.
#4 Pueblo South (5-1)
South went undefeated in the Steel City Shootout last week. The Colts have a rough ride this week. They are on the road at #5 Falcon and #1 Lewis-Palmer and then host an improving Ponderosa team.
#5 Falcon (4-1)
The Falcons went 2-1 at the Ponderosa Tournament, the loss to Manual came without big man Brendan LaRose. This week Falcon will get it’s biggest test of the young season when they host Pueblo South.
#6 Silver Creek (1-0)
Three game week for the Raptors. Standley Lake, Erie, and Summit.
#7 Holy Family (3-1)
Big week for the Tigers with games against Sierra and Broomfield.
#8 Widefield (2-1)
Widefield’s loss came in overtime to Pueblo South at the beginning of the Steel City Shootout. Gladiators finished the invite 2-1. This week they have Cheyenne Mountain and Pueblo Central on the schedule.
#9 Windsor (3-0)
Windsor will have to reschedule their game with Greeley West after a scheduling snafu with the refs. This week the Wizards get Northfield and will play in the Power 2 Play Showcase against Campbell County, WY and Lincoln.
#10 Longmont (2-1)
The Trojans are a buzzer beater away from being undefeated. This week they play Centaurus and Green Mountain.
