5A and 4A Updated Sweet 16 Projections 2/16/2018

When RPI was updated this morning at 4:18 AM  it changed the Sweet 16 projections just a bit. The new rankings gave us a new #1 in 4A and 5A continues to hinge on the last two days of the season.
